In 1992 Philip Weldon set up The English Cheesecake Company and started to make what was an original Family Cheesecake recipe going back several generations. The English Cheesecake Company manufactures outstanding cheesecakes and importantly still retains the original homemade ideals. The repertoire now also encompasses a mouth-watering range of products including puddings, pies, tarts, brownies and cakes. |
